We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others. Being part of a multi-unit residential building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Our neighbors live here year-round, so please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours for all public areas (hallway and parking area) are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that noise might travel among units in our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Your delightful stay at our home awaits! Peace of Mind with Waivo Your stay includes a damage waiver providing up to $3,000 in coverage for eligible accidental damage to the property, subject to the waiver's terms and exclusions. No separate security deposit is required. We simply ask that you treat our home with care and promptly let us know if anything is accidentally damaged during your stay. 🐾 Wildlife & Community Environment Notice Please be aware that our properties are located within natural and residential communities where wildlife and domestic animals may be present. Our home is toward East End of Provincetown but only a short few minute walk to Pepe's Wharf if you're headed straight toward Commercial St., so not too far down at all! We’re removed from the craziness of the center of town, but a quick walk or bike ride away. Our condo association is a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets and multi-unit properties in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing, but you may hear footsteps upstairs if our neighbors are home.

You can walk or hop a taxi or pedicab that you can pick up right upon disembarkation or after a short walk toward Commercial St. ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ We're happy to provide you with one dedicated parking spot on-site for your convenience. If you're driving into town, realize that the Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
