Very comfortable place, nice and quiet. Sun porch up top was fantastic. We cooked dinner 4 out of 7 nights there. It would be great to invest in some new non stick cook ware for the kitchen, our only negative. All in all a great stay at 48 Commercial street #4. Thanks and best regards. Bruce.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was very clean and had everything needed to be comfortable. The view off the balcony is beautiful and the perfect spot to watch the sun rise. It is in a perfect location to enjoy the peacefulness of the beach but close enough to the main stretch of reataraunts/bars. The outdoor space is unbeatable and offered plenty of space for us to relax with family. Would highly recommend.

An absolutely wonderful home in an unbeatable location. Well appointed with everything we needed and we loved the clever decor details throughout. Half the week we simply spent at home making dinners and chatting around the fire pit and dining room table because it was so comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in — the space is so comfortable with all the amenities you could imagine. A wonderful location in Ptown — we will always stay here for future visits!! Jason was very responsive and super attentive!

The place was wonderful! Exactly as described, clean, easy check in, and instructions were clear. Excellent location and easy walk to Commercial Street, The welcome guide had all the information we needed. Loved having the deck to relax on. Really great place and would absolutely stay again.

Two bedroom apartment, very comfortable for two couples. Large living area and upstairs porch, very sunny. New kitchen, everything you need.comfortable beds and bedroom, nice additions like beach towels and chairs. Short walk to a beach. Easy bike into town, rentals available next door. Pleasant walk to several small markets.Jason was very easy to communicate with. Never had a problem for extra car visitor parking, enough available.

The location is so close to the main Pier. And right on Commercial Street! But it’s tucked away and Turkey provides a peaceful escape from the excitement if needed. The hosts were so on top of it when communicating and the studio really had everything we could’ve needed and more!

Great location, convenient and nice. Interior is perfect for a couple in town for a vacation and you can easily get anywhere quickly. AC works great, patio is wonderful, and wifi is fast! As mentioned by the property manager, the hot water tank empties FAST, so get in, get out! But it is hot!
