Other Details to Note
We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others, so please review the listing prior to booking. Being part of a quiet building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Many of our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way! We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood. We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests. We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it. Our property is a smoke-free property (interior and exterior per HOA rules) Please note: The home has a smaller hot water heater, so we recommend shorter showers, especially when multiple guests are showering back-to-back. By booking the home, you acknowledge and agree to these occupancy terms. ✨ Peace of Mind with Waivo ✨ Instead of a traditional security deposit, your reservation includes a damage waiver covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage to real or personal property. Full details are available in the house rules within your interactive guest guide before arrival. Relax and enjoy your stay knowing you’re protected - so you can focus on making the most of your Provincetown getaway. 🐾 Wildlife & Community Environment Notice Please be aware that our properties are located within natural and residential communities where wildlife and domestic animals may be present. By staying with us, guests acknowledge that occasional encounters with animals (including but not limited to birds, insects, small wildlife, or pets owned by neighbors or other guests) may occur and are a normal part of the environment. We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the shared natural surroundings. Property Service Notice Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day. There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! ❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The West End is stunning, and our home is a welcome refuge from a bustling, energetic time in Ptown. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but set back toward the beachfront for a chill vibe. You can easily access everything in town by foot and, because the ferry is so closeby, you can get into town by boat from Boston and never need a car. (The Ptown airport is a 7-minute car ride away.) You may want bikes to get to Herring Cove or Race Point Beach - there are two bike shops offering well-priced daily or weekly rentals within a 5- or 10-minute walk. The homes nearby are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation may be our neighbor's full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire unit, with the exception of the owner’s closet.
