We have a mixture of vacationers, year-round residents, and passersby heading to the Provincetown Inn pool or the breakwater. Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way! We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood. We realize that our home has amazing views, outdoor spaces, and quite a beautiful interior. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment. Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting. Do not bring the party back here. Don't have a huge pre-game gathering. A few friends are fine. We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests. We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it. Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of four (4) guests - 2 guests per bedroom x 2 bedrooms = 4 occupants max. As mentioned earlier in the listing, the loft is excluded from this rental and is an exclusive owner's area. We appreciate your cooperation in advance respecting this important rule. If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds four (4) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total rental amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply. • No parties or events • Smoke-free property (interior and exterior) By booking the home, you acknowledge and agree to these occupancy terms.

We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others. Being part of a multi-unit residential building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Our neighbors live here year-round, so please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going in the interior hallways, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours for all public and outdoor areas are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that noise might travel among units in our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. ** This home features delicate antiques, unique artwork, and high-end décor that require thoughtful care, making it best suited for adult guests traveling without children. ** 🐾 Wildlife & Community Environment Notice Please be aware that our properties are located within natural and residential communities where wildlife and domestic animals may be present. By staying with us, guests acknowledge that occasional encounters with animals (including but not limited to birds, insects, small wildlife, or pets owned by neighbors or other guests) may occur and are a normal part of the environment. We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Please be forewarned :) Please note that neighbors have beehives in the yard. If you have a bee or pollen allergy, kindly let us know in advance. Property Service Notice Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection, lawn maintenance, and hot tub servicing, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day. There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. The closest large parking lot is the West End Parking Lot, located a few minutes back toward town! The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
